According to popular belief, the primary [[Gods]] in Remorra were banished from another realm by a more powerful entity. Followers of "The Great One" worship that entity, even though nobody knows anything about it. The fact that it could ''banish gods'' means it's obviously the superior being. Calling themselves "Awakened" (or "The Awakened") the followers are very cult-like in their practices. They appoint "Fathers" who guide Awakened "Children" along the spiritual pathway to cleansing, for "The Day of the Arrival", when The Great One shall arrive in Remorra to once again banish "The False Ones" (the primary gods).
