Mivdencatch is a mostly wooded region, and is the home of gnomes and halflings. Many of the gnomes who settled here are originally from the hills of Noorsdad, but were drawn to the great halfling coastal city of Tinkettle. Because of the influx of gnomish technology and tinkers, Tinkettle has become the world's technology capital. The city is practically overflowing with windmills, clocks, and all sorts of clockwork contraptions.
