The City of the Dead is centrally located in Lisditch.
The entire city (or what remains of it) was clearly lost in mere instants to some unimaginably terrific power – something with the power to blast through entire buildings or even the earth as if it were silk.
So swift was their destruction that many of the residents did not even have time to realize what was going on before their death. This means the city of the dead is filled with wandering ghosts – many of them enraged and confused over what has happened to them. A great number of them are wraiths, seeking to return by draining the life of the living.
